Canadian Trends in Welding and Joining Technology
The purpose of this work is to provide insight into the Canadian welding and joining industry. Trends are presented on employment in the welding and joining industry and the different technologies used in major Canadian industry sectors. The fields of welding and joining research in the areas of materials and joining processes is also analyzed and discussed. Using the data collected in this study past and future trends in the welding and joining industry are identified.
