The organization embraces a flexible work-from-home model that optimizes client relationships by increasing employee productivity

The CWB Group is pleased to announce that the organization has moved to a Remote-First workforce model as of September 13, 2021.

The COVID-19 pandemic presented a unique challenge for companies over the past year and a half. In response to the rapidly evolving situation, the organization responded quickly and efficiently to adjust to a new reality. The CWB Group is extremely proud of the resilience and innovation exhibited by its employees andhas experienced real benefits because of the work-from-home situation. As a result, CWB Group has made the bold decision to build on this success and make the Remote-First model the permanent go-forward approach.

According to VP, Culture & Talent, Laura Blythe, the Remote-First workforce involves not only formerly office-based staff working primarily from home but also radical flexibility in employee work schedules."We look forward to implementing this work model in that it allows us to hire the best employees from anywhere." Not only that," continues Ms. Blythe, "but employees will benefit from flexibility in their work schedules, and the planet will benefit from reduced commutes. All this while maintaining high-quality client responses and interactions."

The Remote-First implementation will include deliberate steps to build culture, including activities designed to engage employees like virtual water cooler chats, trivia hours, and education on best practices in working remotely. Doug Luciani, President of CWB Group, states,I am excited about the positive impacts that Remote-First will have on our organization. We will be working hard to support an authentic Remote-First culture characterized by flexibility and trust.”
