Our virtual event themed Working Together: Education for EveryoneÌýis intended for secondary and post-secondary educators

Milton, ON- It is a great pleasure to cordially invite all educators to our annual Educators Conference and continue the success of our 2021 virtual event. For over 70 years, the ÒõAPPµ¼º½ has helped create and shape the welding industry in Canada and abroad. We pride ourselves in being innovative in our services and highly responsive to client needs which is why we host this informational event every year. With an increasingly diverse group within the Canadian skilled trades, this event will highlight how this has changed the direction of education with the planned, informative topic sessions.

The ÒõAPPµ¼º½ is the source of excellence in welding, and we are committed to sharing our knowledge and passion for the industry. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting this 2-day virtual conference on an easy-to-use and interactive platform. Event dates are May 3rd and 4th, and registration is already open! You will receive an email with sign-in details closer to the event. Our event will provide education professionals with a combination of extraordinary convenience, technical presentations, networking opportunities, and content relevant to current industry trends at no cost to attend. Once again, we are happy to announce that, as always, attendees will be able to participate in a live virtual expo with exhibits from our sponsors where you can connect with suppliers as you would during our live events.

"With two difficult years behind us, we look to the future with hope that this year will allow us to reconnect and come together as a community. We are so excited to be welcoming you to another Educator's Conference this year, and as always, we promise a bigger and better event.

Listening to attendees is an integral part of the CWB process, and it allows us to respond to what our clients, educators and students need in this evolving climate. With an increased emphasis on equity and inclusion, the theme of this year's conference is fitting. Education is at the heart of the welding community's success. The ÒõAPPµ¼º½ has been committed to providing equal opportunity to all its members by offering educational resources throughout the pandemic and continues to do so even now. By doing this, we are honing the talent needed to fill the increasing gap in the industry. With that said, we urge you all to attend to learn how the evolution of welding practices influence the teaching community and how you can encourage growth and prosperity in your classrooms." said Michael Stewart, CFO.

We hope to see you at the event and, until then, stay safe. Please visit the event websiteÌýHERE.
